Exclusive story + pictures 4 TEH WIN!
So for those of you who haven’t been following my MSN name for the past three days, I posted an article on Sandstorming.com about the Family Guy movie being leaked 2 months early.
I posted it on July 25th, 2005 at 9:24 pm. As of right now:
I quickly rushed a story, and Johnsee attached a few screenshots to go with it. We then posted it on a number of forums, but most importantly, digg.com. The rest, as they say, is history.
Because of the intense popularity of our article we had to cover our asses a bit regarding the legality of it, so a few edits were made to the final story, including a disclaimer that “Sandstorming does not condone piracy of any form.”
All I can say is: "wow." That is a lot of people that have read my words. Like 10 times the population of Gayndah. I still can’t believe we beat everyone else to it.

- It holds the record for the most comments on a Sandstorming article (41 comments).
- The page itself has been viewed a massive 22065 times, making it our most popular Sandstorming article to date.
- It is the #2 (previously #1) Google search result for both stewie griffin the untold story leaked and family guy movie leaked.
- It is our first article submitted and accepted by digg.com. It has received 1089 diggs, making it their top story for the week, and their 6th most popular story for the month.
It has also received 65 comments on its separate digg page. Feel free to give it a digg yourself, and push it up that ladder! - And our story ALMOST made it on G4TV! ("Family Guy Movie needs a Diaper")
(wtf is G4TV???)
